A: Nope, because that’s illegal. BUT—we can absolutely take inspiration from a site you love and build something unique for your brand.

A: Yes, but it doubles the page count, which means a custom package and additional cost.

A: At minimum, you need:

  • Page names (Home, About, etc.)
  • Basic content for each page (even rough notes)
  • Your logo and brand colors
  • Any specific images you want to use

A: Once your site is live, yes. Google takes time to index new websites (up to 72 hours).

A: Nope. Our team is based in Canada and the U.S.

A: Yes! You’ll review and approve your site before it goes live.

A: Yes, within reason. Small tweaks are fine, but major changes may extend your timeline.

A: Nope. Your price is upfront. Custom features = custom pricing. We’ll always tell you before adding anything extra.

A: Yes! We’ll add links to your social profiles as part of your build.

A: Immediately. We process refunds ASAP, but your bank may take a few days to show it.

A: Yep. If we miss the 7-day deadline, you keep everything we’ve built so far.

A: Nope. Payment is upfront so we can keep the process moving fast.

A: Yes! If you can use Google Docs, you can update WordPress.

A: Yes! We offer $29.99/month hosting for fast, hassle-free launches.

A: A fully custom website, ready to go. Your files, your site, your rules.

A: You’ll get an email confirming your information and a link to pay. Once we get your payment (and anything we requested) we start the 7-day clock and get to work!  If you’d not provided some content, we’ll reach out to you to provide any additional information if required, and you can always reach us by replying to the email we send.

A: If you need warp speed, let’s talk. Depending on our schedule, we may be able to rush your build for an additional fee.

A: If we don’t hear from you after sending the first draft, no worries! Take your time reviewing. When you’re ready, we’ll complete revisions within 48 hours. If you’re gone longer than 6 months, we’ll tuck your files away.  Come back anytime within 2 years, and we’ll happily hand them over or for a fee update your website and resume the process.

A: We recommend at least a Home, About, Services (or Products), and Contact page. If you’re not sure, we’ll help you figure out what makes the most sense for your business. There are humans on the other end of our phones!  You can also peek at our Getting Started Guide Here.

A: Yep. If we don’t deliver your first draft within 7 calendar days, you get a full refund and keep everything we’ve built so far. No fine print. No excuses.

A: Calendar days. If your project starts on Monday, your website will be in your inbox by the next Monday, we don’t even skip holidays!
A: You get one round of revisions within 48 hours of submitting feedback. Need more? No problem, but extra revisions will extend the timeline and may come at an additional fee. It almost never happens.

A: Once we send you the first draft of your website, you’ll have all the time you need to review it. Hate the colors? Consider them gone. Hate the font? We’ll blow it into the stratosphere. Whatever you want changed, we’ll get it done within 48 hours.

A: No.  You’ll have the first draft of your fully functional website on the 7th day. From there you can review it (if there are no changes it sometimes can go live the same day of delivery) but the guarantee is the first draft of your website within 7 days.  Then you review, we revise, you approve, and we help you launch it out into the internetverse.

A: When you purchase your site, we’ll ask for design ideas and inspiration. We don’t use premade designs—we build a custom, brand-specific design based on your input and our experience. If you’re not happy (but you likely will be), use the review process to request edits.
A: No problem! We require basic content (like page names and general copy) to start. If you’re missing pieces, we’ll use placeholders, and you can swap them out later (we’ll show you how).

Need us to update placeholders later? There’s a fee.

A: All the stock images your greedy little heart can handle are included. If you provide no images at all, we’ll pick high-quality ones from our library for you.

A: You do. 100%, no strings attached. You’re not leasing a website—you own it outright.

A: Absolutely. We’re happy to fight it out with your hosting company to get your site launched at no additional cost (or we can hand it over to your favorite IT person)

A: Yes! If you’re using your own hosting, we’ll help transfer your files for free, but launch time depends on your provider. If you host with us, your site goes live in 24 hours.

A: We can build as many as you need. Let’s chat about a custom package that fits your business.

A: Yes! If speed is your priority, we recommend starting with a 5-page build, so your business is online fast. We can add eCommerce functionality later (with additional cost and turnaround time).

Want to sell products from day one? eCommerce sites typically take about 10 days for draft one. Let’s talk!

A: Yes! We offer custom integrations for third-party platforms. Most times it’s included if you provide the code, but depending on complexity, this may add time and cost.

A: This might sound confusing, but stay with us. All WordPress themes are technically templates—that’s just how WordPress works. But we don’t slap up a pre-made site and call it a day.

Instead, we custom design every piece of content, image, page layout, and color block to match your brand. It’s fully crafted by a designer, not dragged and dropped like everyone else’s.

A: Absolutely! We can upgrade, expand, and integrate new features whenever you’re ready—just reach out.

A: Since we build on WordPress, your site is completely portable. If you don’t want to use WordPress anymore, you’d need to have it rebuilt, but if you’re just looking to move hosting companies, No problem.

A: Yes! We set up basic security protections to keep your site safe. If you want advanced security features, let’s talk. Otherwise, you’re good to go.  If you’re asking about an SSL certificate (so you can have HTTPS at the beginning of your domain) that’s something to take up with your hosting company. 

If you host with us, it’s included.

A: We can either redesign it from scratch or migrate your content into a fresh new build. Either way, you’ll get something that actually works.
